Pitcher Build Carpentry is a small team based in Broadstairs, working across Kent and the South East. We take on the whole job - the framing, the joinery, the fitting and the finish - so there is one number to ring and one person accountable when something needs sorting.
Most of our work comes by recommendation. That only holds if the last job was done properly, so that is how we price and plan: realistic dates, no disappearing mid-job, and a site left clean at the end of every day.
Fire door sets installed to the manufacturer's specification, and standard door sets hung and finished. FireQual accredited, and approved by UK Fire Door Training as installer, maintainer and inspector.
Stud partitions set out and framed, and floor structures in solid or posi-joist. The work everything after it has to sit level on.
Cut and pitch roofs set out on site, trussed roofs braced and fixed, and timber frame or stick build from the slab up.
Listed buildings and barn conversions, where new timber has to meet old and the detail matters more than the pace.
New flights and replacement balustrades, set out on site to the opening you actually have rather than the one on the drawing.
Wall panelling and boarding fitted to the room rather than to a catalogue, and bespoke shop signs made to size.
Millboard decking installation, and timber cladding fixed to take a winter facing the weather.
